ADG Legal Promotes Reem Obaid to Associate

ADG Legal is pleased to announce the promotion of Reem Obaid to Associate within the firm’s Local Litigation practice in Dubai.

Reem supports Partners and Senior Associates across corporate, commercial, employment, and contentious matters. She works on a range of legal and transactional documents including shareholder resolutions, share purchase agreements, due diligence reports, memoranda and articles of association, and powers of attorney.

Reem joined ADG Legal through the firm’s internship programme and progressed to Legal Analyst before being promoted to Associate. She holds an LLB from the University of Sharjah and is a native Arabic speaker, fluent in English.
