Reem Obaid

Associate

Reem is an Associate in the Litigation team based in the Dubai office, supporting Partners and Senior Associates across a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial, employment, and contentious matters.

Reem holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Sharjah. She is an alumna of ADG Legal’s internship programme, subsequently joined the firm as a Legal Analyst, and now serves as an Associate.

Reem is recognised for her proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and amending key legal and transactional documents, including shareholder resolutions, due diligence reports, share purchase agreements, proxy forms, engagement letters, memoranda and articles of association, and powers of attorney.

Reem is an Emirati lawyer and native Arabic speaker, who is also fluent in English.
