Sheraz’s role is both the administrator and receptionist at ADG Legal, making her the initial point of contact for visitors. With her extensive customer service expertise gained from years of experience, she warmly greets and welcomes guests.

In addition to her role in hospitality, Sheraz handles various administrative and clerical tasks. She efficiently answers, screens, and directs incoming calls, updates calendars, schedules meetings, and performs other reception-related duties like filing, photocopying, faxing, and emailing.

Her overall demeanor ensures that visitors to our offices feel embraced and valued, thanks to her pleasant disposition. She also guarantees that all inquiries are promptly addressed, prioritizing timely and efficient resolution.

Sheraz speaks Arabic and English.
