Scott Lambert has more than 35 years’ experience advising developers, investors, family offices, contractors and multinational businesses on complex construction, infrastructure, real estate and strategic development projects across the Middle East.

Scott combines extensive experience in the delivery of major development and infrastructure projects with expertise in the corporate and commercial arrangements that support them. His practice includes project structuring, investment platforms, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, development agreements, commercial contracts and governance frameworks supporting complex development and investment projects.

He advises clients throughout the full lifecycle of projects, from project inception and investment structuring through procurement, construction, financing, operational implementation and long-term asset ownership. His experience spans mixed-use developments, hospitality, infrastructure, renewable energy, industrial facilities, manufacturing, ports, logistics and oil and gas projects throughout the UAE and wider Middle East.

Scott is recognised for combining commercial judgement with practical industry knowledge, helping clients navigate legal and commercial risk while delivering commercially effective outcomes on complex, multi-party developments and investments.
