Noora Al Doseri

Legal Analyst

Noora re-joined ADG Legal after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Law – LLB from the University of Bahrain. Noora is part of ADG’s 2021 internship program.

Prior to joining ADG Legal, Noora also took an internship with Newton Legal Group based in Bahrain where she enhanced her knowledge of drafting, amending, and reviewing shareholder resolutions, due diligence reports, share purchase agreements, proxy forms, and engagement letters, deeds of association, and power of attorney.

As a paralegal based in our Dubai office, Noora assists all of our Associates and Partners. Her work focuses on corporate and commercial matters, writing legal articles, and doing research.

Noora is an Arabic native speaker, who is also fluent in English.
