Noora Al Doseri

Legal Analyst

Noora is a Legal Analyst in our Corporate team based in our Dubai office, where she assists Partners and Associates on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including but not limited to corporate structuring, M&A activity, regulatory matters, and significant corporate transactions for multinational companies. She is a skilled and engaging professional who is able to identify client needs and provide pragmatic solutions.

Noora graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bahrain and was part of ADG’s 2021 internship programme. Prior to joining ADG Legal, Noora completed a traineeship with Newton Legal Group, the Kingdom of Bahrain’s top law firm as ranked by Legal 500 and The Lawyers Global. During her traineeship, she closely assisted Partners in advising leading national companies such as Bapco Energies (formerly nogaholding), Ahli United Bank, Mumtalakat (Bahrain’s sovereign wealth fund), and H.R.H. the Prime Minister’s Office.

Noora is an Arabic native speaker and is fluent in English.
