Mahmoud is a Senior Associate in ADG Legal’s Litigation practice. He advises businesses, financial institutions (including Islamic banks), multinational corporations, real estate & construction companies, family offices and Royal families on domestic and cross-border disputes. He has litigated numerous cases before courts and arbitration panels across the UAE and the Middle East.

Mahmoud regularly represents clients on contentious matters involving commercial contracts, insurance, corporate transactions, banking regulations, property acquisition, leasing & development, and intellectual property disputes. He is highly regarded for particular expertise in niche areas such as corporate dissolution, insolvency and shareholder disputes.
