Khalid is a Paralegal in the disputes resolution and corporate teams at ADG Legal’s Abu Dhabi office. His responsibilities include legal research, drafting, and engaging in strategic planning to deliver effective solutions to clients.

He began his career as a trainee at a regional law firm in its Bahrain office. He subsequently undertook an internship at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) at its headquarters in Vienna and later worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Middle East within the Government and Public Sector Tax Advisory team.

Khalid holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Reading and is admitted to the New York State Bar. As part of his continued professional development, he also holds the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute and actively contributes to a range of business development initiatives.
