Hamdan Abdulaziz Issa

Paralegal

Hamdan is a Paralegal at ADG Legal in Dubai, contributing to arbitration research, litigation support, legal drafting and UAE court procedures, and holding a law degree awarded with honours by the United Arab Emirates University.

His work at the firm draws on training in arbitration research, litigation support and legal drafting, along with familiarity with the procedures of the courts of the United Arab Emirates. He completed internships with law firms in the country, gaining experience in civil law, commercial law, legal research and client support, and he applies that grounding to both domestic and cross-border instructions.

During his studies he represented the United Arab Emirates University at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration International Moot and took first place at the seventh Student Research Conference with a paper on the introduction of jury systems in UAE courts. He won the Best Memorial Award in the Private Law Department Moot Court Competition, placing second overall, and served on the Board of Directors of the UAEU Legal Clinic. Hamdan is a native Arabic speaker and is fluent in English.
