Farina is a Legal Analyst in the International Dispute Resolution team at our Dubai office, where she supports Partners and Associates in managing complex cross-border disputes. She has experience handling high-value commercial litigation and arbitration matters spanning multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE and the UK.

Currently pursuing her SQE qualification, Farina brings a strong foundation in legal analysis, contract management, and financial regulation. Her expertise includes working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients, ensuring a strategic, detail-oriented, and commercially driven approach to dispute resolution. She worked on disputes across industries such as financial services, real estate, and corporate governance.

Before joining the firm, Farina gained hands-on experience at Sekhon Firth Solicitors in the UK, assisting in contract drafting, legal research, trial preparation, and court proceedings. She successfully managed contracts, lease agreements, and addendums for a diverse portfolio of over 150 client accounts.

Farina’s commercial acumen is underscored by her ranking in the global top 10% of revenue-generating employees at an independent financial advisory for three consecutive years. Her academic contributions include a published Master’s Thesis on the 2008 Financial Crisis, reflecting her deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.

She holds a Level 4 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, further strengthening her ability to navigate complex financial and legal matters in international disputes.
