Eslam is tasked with the responsibility of ensuring that all employees who join the firm comply with the regulations and employment laws set by the UAE government. He collaborates with the human resources team and has full accountabilities for all matters related to labour laws. Eslam works closely with the recruitment team to ensure that documents are completed and received on time, and that visas are approved. He also communicates with the relevant government departments regarding visas, licenses, and sponsorship.
