Dennis Varghese

Legal Analyst

Dennis is a paralegal based in our Dubai office. Prior to joining ADG, Dennis gained experience in the corporate and commercial sectors with PwC and Dentons.

Dennis assists all of our Associates and Partners. His work focuses on M&A and joint ventures, commercial contracts, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, onshore and offshore company setup and other corporate transactions. He assists clients on matters involving the incorporation and registration of new companies (including free zones), drafting memoranda, conducting research, as well as liaising with various government departments.

Dennis joined ADG following the completion of his Bachelor of Law degree in Dubai. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
