Debora Krasniqi

Debora Krsaniqi is a distinguished lawyer with extensive experience in both litigation and corporate law. She graduated with a First-Class LLB degree in London and obtained her Legal Practice Certificate in City Law School. Debora also holds a Master’s degree in Legal Practice (LLM), where she authored a thesis that focused on the impact of corporate corruption on national economic performance.
Prior to her practicing as a solicitor, Debora worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus, assisting partners on cross-border disputes, investigations, and enforcement action. Most notably, her time at Freshfields was spent on the infamous case of Deutsche Bank AG v Sebastian Holdings Inc, a claim made by Deutsche Bank for $530m to cover losses incurred in currency trading during the Credit Crunch in 2008. Debora was a legal expert for the European Commission at the Ministry of Diaspora (Kosovo), contributing to policy development and legal analysis, and was an Anti-money laundering counter-terrorist finance analyst at Ashurst LLP (London).
Debora joined ADG in March 2023, as a key player at ADG, Debora handles cross-border disputes, including commercial disputes, international trade issues, and investment disputes. Most recently, Debora advised an African State Oil Company in a contractual dispute. In addition to her commercial work, Debora works on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, focusing on closing large M&A transactions on behalf of ADG. Most recently Debora successfully advised a UK-based international events company on securing a $ 45 million revolving credit facility.
