Brendon is a Senior Associate in ADG Legal’s Dispute Resolution practice based in Dubai. As a foreign-qualified barrister with over eight years of experience, he is a specialist in international litigation and arbitration. Brendon maintains an active practice managing complex, high-value disputes with cross-border elements, providing clients with strategic and technically precise support.

He regularly represents clients in commercial litigation, insolvency-related proceedings, and complex contractual disputes. Brendon is highly regarded for his persuasive advocacy and strategic drafting in high-stakes matters. He frequently acts in matters before the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Courts, as well as superior courts and international tribunals.

Brendon offers distinct expertise in two highly specialized sectors: construction and sports law. In the construction and infrastructure sector, he has extensive experience navigating arbitrations arising from standard-form contracts such as JBCC, FIDIC, and NEC. Within the sports sector, he is a seasoned advocate who has successfully represented clients, including football clubs, before major governing bodies, the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC), and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Switzerland.
