Beshoy is an Associate in ADG Legal’s Corporate practice based in Dubai. A qualified lawyer with a background in M&A and corporate advisory work, he focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions, providing clients with commercially minded and technically precise support throughout the deal lifecycle.

He regularly advises on acquisitions of listed and private companies, joint ventures, minority investments, and regulatory-driven offers, including mandatory tender offers requiring strict compliance with capital markets and securities regulations. Beshoy leads and coordinates legal due diligence exercises on both buy-side and sell-side mandates, and drafts and negotiates core transaction documents including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, and term sheets.
