Arthur is a Dispute Resolution lawyer with over 5 years’ experience whose focus is on cross-jurisdictional dispute resolution including litigation and arbitration. Most recently, the focus of Arthur’s work has been on civil fraud and professional negligence matters.

Arthur is a solicitor qualified in England & Wales and is authorised to practice law in Dubai. Prior to relocating to Dubai, Arthur gained extensive experience in London where he worked on complex cases involving civil fraud and investor-state arbitration with amounts in dispute ranging from hundreds of millions to billions of US dollars. Arthur’s clientele included corporations, banks, governments and high-net-worth individuals, and the matters were heard primarily by the High Court or international tribunals operating under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

Since 2020, Arthur has been based in Dubai focusing his practice on construction and commercial disputes in the DIFC Court and in arbitration proceedings administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the Dubai International Financial Centre – London Court of International Arbitration (DIFC-LCIA).
