Abdelmaguid Fouad is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience in litigation, commercial law, and legal advisory services. Admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association, he has built a strong track record in dispute resolution, corporate law, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including Egypt and the UAE.

Abdelmaguid holds a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from Alexandria University (2017), following his Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from the same University (2011). He further distinguished himself by earning two postgraduate diplomas—General Law and Criminal Sciences—both with honors. Complementing his legal expertise, he has also completed the TOLES Legal English Certification, enhancing his proficiency in international legal communication.

Since joining ADG Legal in 2019, Abdelmaguid has played a key role in advising clients on insurance, compensation, litigation and contracts disputes. His previous experience includes working with leading law firms in Alexandria, where he honed his skills in litigation, legal strategies, and legal research.
