ADG Legal close M&A transaction of Showblock on behalf of Arena Group

ADG Legal is pleased to announce the successful closing of an M&A transaction for Arena Group Events – a UK based temporary infrastructure and events services company with offices around the world including the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia. The transaction is the Arena Group’s third in the last 12 months and strengthens their position as a global leader in the events industry.

The ADG Legal team comprising John Podgore, Chirag Mittal, Debora Krasniqi and Dennis Verghese successfully managed the acquisition of Showblock Group Limited (Uk company) including a UK subsidiary entity and associated IP rights. Showblock, founded in 2017, is a leading innovator in temporary custom structures and its products are regular showcased at prestigious events around the world including COP28 UAE, the Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Chelsea Flower Show. The ADG Legal team was able to lean on its depth of talent and international lawyers in advising on the deal which had a dominant UK nexus, including the main transaction documents being governed by the laws of England and Wales.
