& Commerce Office in the UAE (IICUAE).  And ADG Legal’s Managing Partner Mohammed Al Dahbashi shall give a presentation on “Shareholders’ agreements: What they are and why they are important when investing in the UAE

SHA’s are a regular practice for companies and shareholders, and simply put a Shareholders agreement is a legal document that sets out the arrangement reached by shareholders on how the day-to-day business operations of the company will run, how profits will be split and how certain decisions will be made, thus allowing a mechanism for protecting shareholder interests.

The event takes place on the 31st of October (Sunday) and is likely to be very useful to relevant parties as we will go through and evaluate the SHA, its contents, its nuances and its benefits, in a critical, analytical and informative presentation,
