HR Manager

Rawan is the HR Manager at ADG Legal, where she leads the firm’s human capital function and supports its overall organizational effectiveness. She is responsible for driving key HR initiatives, including organizational development, workforce planning, and the enhancement of workplace culture, while ensuring alignment with internal policies. Rawan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Systems Practice, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics Education and Instruction.

Prior to joining ADG Legal, Rawan gained extensive experience in the education sectors, where she managed strategic HR operations, and contributed to building structured, high-performing environments.
