Omar Abdirashid Jama is a Paralegal in ADG Legal’s Corporate and Litigation practices, based in Dubai. He supports both transactional and contentious matters, bringing a methodical approach to legal research, drafting, and case preparation across a range of commercial mandates.

On the corporate side, Omar has assisted on share purchase agreements, due diligence exercises, and financial transactions, including cross-border consent and waiver processes. He has supported the drafting of transaction documents, reviewed contractual provisions for risk exposure, and assisted in aligning documentation with commercial intent.

In disputes, Omar has contributed to civil and commercial litigation matters before the DIFC Courts and in cross-border proceedings, assisting with claim preparation, evidence organisation, and the drafting of structured legal submissions. He has also conducted enhanced due diligence reviews with a focus on regulatory standing, AML risk, and compliance exposure.

Omar holds an LLB with Business, with a proficiency in Entrepreneurship, from the University of Exeter. He is fluent in English and speaks Somali and Swahili as native languages.
